The Leadership Institute is a one day training program for middle level and high school leaders as they begin their school year. Students are divided by age level for their programming. The Institute offers three unique programs including officer and advisor training, National Honor Society workshops, and general leadership skills development training for all age and development levels.

Students and advisors participate in team building and goal setting activities, attend skill development breakouts, get inspired by great national speakers, connect and network with schools from across WI, and learn best practice on how to best serve the needs of their own school community.

SHOWCASE SPEAKER AND FACILITATOR – ANDREW MCPEAK

Andrew is a millennial speaker and content developer with Growing Leaders. His experiences as both a presenter and curriculum designer have led him to become well-versed in communicating to and about the next generation. He works closely with schools, universities, companies and sports teams and implementing Habitudes as a tool to teach leadership skills. Most notably, Andrew is a co-author alongside Dr. Tim Elmore on their latest book Marching off the Map. Marching off the Map presents information on the world’s newest generation of students and helps educators understand how to best connect with and lead them in the classroom
