The Leadership Institute is a one day training program for middle level and high school leaders as they begin their school year. Students are divided by age level for their programming. The Institute offers three unique programs including officer and advisor training, National Honor Society workshops, and general leadership skills development training for all age and development levels.

Students and advisors participate in team building and goal setting activities, attend skill development breakouts, get inspired by great national speakers, connect and network with schools from across WI, and learn best practice on how to best serve the needs of their own school community.

She is well-educated with a Masters of Business Administration, but more importantly well-versed in student leadership – since she is a product of student organizations. Patty’s programs are always high-energy and interactive loaded with activities, experiences and stories to engage every member. Patty believes “None of us is as smart as all of us” and that philosophy is the cornerstone of all team building. Get ready to get involved and be inspired!
