2026 WASC Fall Leadership Tour (November 02, 2026)

REGISTRATION FOR FALL LEADERSHIP TOUR IS NOW OPEN!

The 2026 Fall Leadership Tour is designed to benefit all members of a school's leadership program. The Fall Tour will be offered at FIVE different locations again this year!

Monday, 11/2 - UW-Stevens Point
Tuesday, 11/3 - UW-Madison
Thursday, 11/5 - UW-Eau Claire
Friday, 11/6 - UW-Green Bay
Wednesday, 11/18 - Marquette University

The Tour will combine motivational content, quality instruction, and great ideas, which makes it advantageous for every school to send representation to this event! There will be a welcome session, Featured Facilitator, breakout sessions led by professionals and students; and regional business meetings which may include elections for open positions.

**Lunch will be provided at each location. Dietary restrictions will be requested when you register. Final dietary lists are due to our vendors 2 weeks prior to the event.

BEFORE you register, you will need the following:

1. Program Participation form. We are requiring that all attendees sign a Program Participation form to attend a WASC event. You will need to make copies, distribute, and collect copies of the form below. Please bring these completed forms with you when you come to the event; they will be reviewed at the registration table. Once reviewed, you may retain these copies for future WASC events for the 2026-27 school year.

2. Dietary Restrictions. A list of participants' names and dietary restrictions IF ANY will be requested on the registration. We do not need names of participants if there are no dietary restrictions.

3. Photo Release. Check over your school district's policy regarding photography/video releases. If you have students who have not agreed to photography/video in your district, we need to know! On the registration for this event you will be asked if you have read over our Photography/Video Release form, and to also list those students who do not have a signed release from your school district.

***WHEN registering, please DO NOT include ONE participant in the guest count, as one is automatically counted. For instance, if you are attending + another adult + 10 students, please only enter 11 when asked for the number of "additional guests". You, as the registrant, are already counted as one participant by our registration platform. All other adults/students must be counted in your guest count.

The WASC Fall Elementary Leadership Conference brings together 4th and 5th grade students from across Wisconsin to UW-Green Bay for a high-energy day of leadership, learning and fun. Through interactive sessions, team challenges, and hands-on activities, students will build confidence, strengthen communication, and discover the power of working together.

Designed especially for young leaders, this event provides practical skills they can bring back to their schools, classrooms, and communities.

Pre-registration for the 2027 Leadership Camp experience is now available until September 1, 2026 for our LOYALTY (returning) delegates only. By pre-registering, you will not only be guaranteed a place at camp in 2027, but you will also be guaranteed the early bird pricing when the full registration opens. This non-refundable down payment will be applied to the final cost of camp when you register.

You will be asked on this registration form to select the level of camp your child attended in 2026. If needed, please review each level's description on the camp page of our website.

To make your registration smoother, on the registration form where it asks for number of guests, please enter a "0". See example below:

REGISTRATION TO OPEN 9/14/26!

WASC leadership camps are for ANYONE who wants to improve their leadership skills! Whether you’re involved in Student Council, National Honor Society, Drama Club, a sports team, the school musical, cheerleading, or your local FFA — one of our summer camps is for you!

ALL levels of Camp: July 11-15, 2027

Please read the important notes below BEFORE starting your registration.

***PLEASE READ BEFORE REGISTERING***

1. To assist in making the registration process more streamlined, you will find multiple forms embedded in the registration this year. That means you will only need to document the delegate's identifying information once and only sign once, versus filling out and signing multiple forms. When you encounter these forms while filling out the registration, please read them thoroughly. There is a section that asks you to sign off on all the forms linked within the registration with an electronic signature. All forms will be legally binding.

2. Please note, WASC refers to all camp attendees as "delegates".

3. To complete the WASC Health form, which is linked as a Google form within the registration, you will need your insurance information, your medication list and your primary physician's name and phone number.

4. This registration will not allow you to "re-do". Please finish the form fully, once you have started it.

5. If the delegate is under 18 years of age, a parent must complete. Before you start completing the registration form, please have a parent nearby.

6. Payment - There are multiple options this year for registration fees.

1. Early bird tuition - $515.00 (available 9/14/26 until 12/31/26)

2. Camp tuition - TBD (available 1/1/27 - 6/25/27)

3. Pre-registrants - This option is for those who have previously pre-registered for camp by 9/1/26. You will need a code to register. It will be sent to you later this year when the final cost for camp is determined.

4. Plan2Lead - This option is available to any registrant and allows payments to be spread out over time. You MUST register for Plan2Lead prior to registering for camp. For more information and to sign up, click here. After you sign up, you will receive a communication from the State Office regarding the payment plan and how to register.

7. New this year, all fees must be paid at the time of registration by credit card, debit card or using Plan2Lead payment program. We accept payment via credit card (Visa or Mastercard or a Debit Card) to complete this transaction. There are no additional fees for this service! If your student is planning on receiving a scholarship, we will issue reimbursements once the scholarship check is received.

8. If attending Level 3, additional forms for the ropes course will also be sent to you closer to the start of camp in 2027. These forms should be printed, completed and brought with delegate to camp.

9. Refund policy:

A complete refund (less processing fee) will be made upon written request received fourteen business days prior to the conference. The participant fee (less incurred costs) will be refunded upon written request after the conference.
Any individual participant cancellation on site will have to pay the incurred costs/no show meals.
In the event of an example not covered above, a decision will be made by the Executive Director, in consultation with the CLC Executive Committee. All refund requests of that nature must be submitted in writing within thirty days after the Conference.
