Be Well, Lead Well is a student-focused mental wellness program that will provide answers to the problems students are facing today. Students from across the state had a seat at the table as we designed these virtual sessions, ensuring the problems we are addressing are student-immediate and student-relevant. It will empower Wisconsin teens to feel capable, connected, and confident.
We're taking our experience as the oldest student leadership organization in the state and combining it with expertise and insights from mental health professionals across the country. The outcome of that partnership will provide dynamic instruction within a safe environment to learn, share, and grow.
Weekends are a time to relax, refresh, and refocus for the upcoming week. Our Self-Care Sundays are designed to do just that – provide learning, growth, and safety during a time when students are free from the time challenges presented during the school week.
Students can attend alone or with parents/family. The goal is to provide a safe learning environment for sharing, learning, and healing.
