Leadership interest application

Ready to take your WASC involvement to the next level?

The WASC needs people who are ready to bring their ideas, experience, and passion to the future of student leadership in Wisconsin.

The WASC is always looking for passionate people who want to make a greater impact.

The Leadership Interest Application is open year-round for leaders interested in serving the WASC in a greater capacity. Whether you're interested in directing a program, leading a special initiative, supporting the State Office, or exploring where your skills can make a difference, we'd love to get to know you.

This is not an application for one specific position.

It allows us to learn more about your experience, interests, and strengths so we can connect you with leadership opportunities as they arise.

Where Could You Lead?

You might be a great fit if you...

  • Have been involved with WASC and want to give back.
  • Have experience leading people, programs, or projects.
  • Have a skill or area of expertise you'd like to contribute.
  • Have ideas for how WASC could grow or improve.
  • Want to move from participating in WASC to helping shape it.
  • Aren't sure exactly what role you're looking for, but know you want to do more.

Lead a Program

Help shape and direct experiences like Leadership Camp, the State Leadership Conference, Fall Leadership Tour, or other WASC programs.

Lead an Initiative

Bring your skills and ideas to projects that help WASC grow, improve, and serve students and schools.

Lead a Team

Guide committees, planning teams, volunteers, advisors, or other groups working to move WASC forward.

Lead Behind the Scenes

Support areas such as operations, marketing, communications, partnerships, fundraising, technology, and organizational development.

Lead What's Next

Have an idea for how WASC could better serve Wisconsin's student leaders? We want to hear it.

What are we looking for?

Passion. Experience. Ideas. Initiative.

We're looking for people who bring different experiences, perspectives, skills, and ideas to WASC.
