    ***IMPORTANT TO READ BEFORE REGISTERING***:

When ordering total number of tickets, you must include yourself. HOWEVER, when registering "additional guests", please DO NOT include yourself.  For instance, if you are attending + another adult + 10 students, please only enter 11 when asked for the number of "additional guests". You, as the registrant, are already counted as one participant. This will mean that your total number of tickets will NOT match your number of "additional guests". For instance, if you are an adult and you are bringing 9 students, you would order TEN total tickets, but only register NINE guests.

    Prices:

    Individual: $1/attendee + Ticket ($54 - upper level, $83 lower level)

School fee: $10 for Basic member & Non-member schools; $0 for Plus & Lambeau members

For the first time in over 80 years, Legacy meets Legacy!

The WASC 2023 State Conference will kick off on Sunday, April 23rd, 2023 from Lambeau Field in Green Bay, WI. Monday's events will be located at the Radisson Hotel and Conference Center, also in Green Bay. This conference has been developed with the intent to continue the development of leadership skills of the young adult leaders of Wisconsin. There is something for everyone, whether you are a JAM participant, or an SHS participant.

Both the JAM and the SHS state conferences take place over two days. Our JAM State Conference Host is Menomonie Middle School and our SHS State Conference Host is St. Croix Falls High School. The format for the conference will include nationally known motivational speakers, breakout groups, regional elections, competitions, entertainment, and a closing ceremony.

During each state conference the WASC sponsors a competition program. Schools may sign up for multiple competitions. Your JAM Competition Host School, Evansville J.C. McKenna Middle School, and your SHS Competition Host School, Brookfield Central High School, will have more details closer to April telling you how to sign up!

    Additional information:

    • There is a $75 processing fee per school at the Basic and Non-member tiers that is non-refundable.
    • Room rates at the Radisson are guaranteed until March 3, 2002 and will be $129/room, and rooms can accommodate 4-6 students, depending on the type of room available.
    MAKING RESERVATIONS

***IMPORTANT: For WASC to calculate the total payment for your group, you must enter a number of attendees when it asks for "additional guests" on the registration form. When figuring your number of "additional guests"  include all the students attending AND all adults attending, with the exception of the one registering as the primary contact. Again, do NOT include the person filling out the registration with your total under "additional guests"; they will automatically be included in the cost of the event.
